Here are my art projects for the first half of 2022. They are my hand drawn copies of artists work that I enjoy the styles of.

As you will see I picked artists with a good variation of styles, which really helped me understand which style I may base my own on in the future.

My process is as follows:

1. Draw with pencil and paper, just a rough but accurate sketch, which will form the base of my final digital work
2. Scan the hand drawn picture in to the computer, and import it as the base layer in to Krita.
3. Pick a brush, or a variety of brushes and try to match the same line style as the original piece.

Typically each item takes a week of the odd evening. It takes maybe 10ish hours for the simpler styles/images upto 20 hours for a complex picture, or one that is painted.
