My niece asked if I could draw her a picture for her birthday. Of course, I said yes, and asked if there was anything specific she would like.

Her answer was simple: "A chaotic picture of Heaven."

That's a pretty open-ended brief, and it gave me plenty of room for creative thinking. I spent the next two months working on it, missing the birthday deadline by several weeks! But I wanted to make it the best I possibly could.
